Arthur V. Savage, American Legion, Post 100

Each Memorial Day, the Arthur V. Savage Post 100 sponsors the Wyndmoor Parade honoring our Veterans. In addition, after the Memorial Services are concluded at Veteran’s Park, a Community Day celebration with music, kid’s rides and entertainment, free hot dogs, beer and soda is conducted on the lower ball field behind the Park. A thousand people participate. There is also music and food at the American Legion Post for members.

The event is finished.
