Springfield Township Rotary Club had a very special Guest this week, Gary S Fedorcha District 7430 Governor 2014-15. Gary met with the Rotary Board and then joined the Club for their regular meeting. He invited the club to strive to reach his goal for the Rotary year, to Light Up Rotary thru Education. Membership Retention and an Increase in Recruitment and well as contributing to the Foundation were highlights of his speech. When Rotarians give to the Foundation, funds come back to our District for matching grants to do good in our own communities. Also honored were Rotarians Bonnie G. Ostrofsky and Bill Piszek with their 4th Paul Harris Pins. When a Rotarian reached $1,000 in contributions to the Foundation or are gifted recognition points from the Club they are honored with a pin.
